1) Some products are customized specially for you such as aligners, retainers etc. these products can take time to fabricate and can take time for delivery. 

2) Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are single use products.

3) For customization of any product decision about manufacturing will be sole discretion of Phialigner since the process is technique sensitive and completely depends on records provided. 

1)Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery of items.

2)Items to be returned must be in resalable conditions and should contain the original packing material, original product tag and warranty card if provided. 

3)Products or materials are returned only if:

•Tampered/broken defective product 

•Expired product. 

•In the rarest of rare cases, received the wrong product.

4)Returned items are subject to inspection. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. 

5)Due to health, hygienic and safety reasons, Products which relate to personal hygiene and self-care cannot be returned.

6)Single use products and products that are customized cannot be returned.

7)Phialigner will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Phialigner would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.   

8)In case of special orders and in case of large orders Phialigner may reject your return request at its own discretion.

1) For any refund returned items are subject to inspection. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale.

2) Items where refund is provided must be in resalable conditions and should contain the original packing material, original product tag and warranty card. 

3) Phialigner may charge a cancellation or return fee. Any refund will be subjected to any or all applicable deductions on account of delivery, payment gateway charges and /or any other service charges as may apply.

4) The refund amount shall be credited to the registered bank account within a period of 15 to 30 business days from the date of the approval of the refund granted. 

1)Replacements are accepted within 7 days from the delivery of items.

4)Once the product is returned back, we will do a quality check, once approved only then the replacement will be initiated.

5)Products may   be eligible for replacement only if we have the exact same item in stock.

6)Exchanges are only allowed for pincodes which are serviceable for an exchange.

7)Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange.

8)Exchange/ replacement of a product can be done only once. 

9)Products that are customized and that come in contact with the body cannot be exchanged because they are single use items.

10)No hygiene Product can be exchanged if the package has   been opened.
